   Australia is about to do the same thing. Good for environment.
   I hate the new bulbs, cause they're lucky if they last twice as long as the (very cheap) old bulbs.
   I buy about 6/yr, as mine constantly die!!
   not impressed, when they cost about $5-9 each

   i think it's a total crock. And so many other i talk to have the same problem.
   oh well. that's life i guess.

   Thats weird as the ones we get here always seem to last me years and years, at least 6 years if not longer in most cases. I tend to use the Philips ones.

   Scotty, are you flashing them off and on a lot to signal passing ships, cos you know you Australians are all smugglers and the like
